We're always accepting resumes, especially for people interested in working events and overnight guard postings.  Additional staff can be needed on short notice, so we hold on to resumes in the event of a hiring need.

If you aren't an existing DPSST private security certification holder but are interested in obtaining certifications we can get you started with that as well!

Candidates will (at a minimum):

​​

• Be over 21 years of age

​

• Possess (or be willing to obtain) Oregon DPSST Armed/Unarmed Professional security certification

​

• Not be disqualified from owning a firearm or obtaining an Oregon Concealed Handgun License

​

• Own (or be willing to obtain) an appropriate semi-automatic handgun of common defensive caliber (9mm, .40cal, .45cal) and maintain proficiency with that weapon

​

• Own (or be willing to obtain) at a minimum a Level 2 retention holster for their firearm

​

• Be of good moral character (as defined by Oregon DPSST HERE and HERE) 

​

• Possess a valid US state driver's license and a reliable mean of transportation (able to get to job sites throughout Central Oregon in all weather) 

​

• Be available to work occasional events and overnight shifts with reasonable scheduling warning
